This FSG sets out the financial services WorkUp will be authorised to provide upon completion of its Corporate Authorised Representative appointment with Airwallex, who provides them, how we are paid, and how to make a complaint. Please read it carefully before using regulated payment services on the WorkUp platform.

Purpose of this FSG
This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is an important document. It is designed to help you decide whether to use the financial services made available through the WorkUp platform.
This FSG explains:
- Who WorkUp is and how to contact us
- The financial services WorkUp will be authorised to provide (upon CAR appointment)
- Who provides those financial services (the AFSL holder)
- How WorkUp and its representatives are remunerated
- How to make a complaint
- Our privacy and information handling practices
You will also be given the Airwallex Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) for any specific regulated product before you acquire it. Those documents will be hosted by Airwallex and presented for acceptance at the point of activation.

Financial services WorkUp will be authorised to provide
Upon completion of the CAR appointment, WorkUp will be authorised by Airwallex to engage in dealing by arranging in the following classes of financial products, for both retail and wholesale clients:
- Non-cash payment products (including stored-value accounts and Visa debit cards issued by Airwallex)
- Foreign exchange contracts (WorkUp is not authorised to arrange foreign exchange forward contracts for retail clients)
WorkUp does not issue financial products, hold client money, or provide financial product advice (general or personal). We do not consider your personal objectives, financial situation or needs when providing information through the platform.
Products available through WorkUp
Products that may be made available through the WorkUp platform include:
- Business Accounts (stored-value accounts issued by Airwallex)
- Cards with Budgets (Visa debit cards issued by Airwallex)
- Domestic payment services (including BPAY and PayID)
- International payment services (where enabled)
Before you acquire any of these products you will be provided with the relevant Airwallex Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD), which will be presented for acceptance at the point of activation.
How we are paid
WorkUp charges customers a subscription fee for use of the WorkUp platform.
WorkUp may also receive fees, revenue share or other commercial benefits from Airwallex in connection with customers who activate Airwallex products through the platform. These benefits may give rise to a conflict of interest, which WorkUp manages in accordance with its conflicts of interest arrangements.
WorkUp employees and directors may receive salary, bonuses or equity incentives, but do not receive commissions for individual customer sign-ups.

Associations and relationships
WorkUp has a contractual relationship with Airwallex as its authorising licensee and product issuer. WorkUp is not owned by Airwallex and Airwallex is not owned by WorkUp. WorkUp does not have any other associations or relationships that could reasonably be expected to be capable of influencing the financial services we provide.
Professional indemnity insurance
WorkUp maintains professional indemnity insurance that satisfies the requirements of section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the conditions of Airwallex's AFSL. This insurance covers claims in relation to the financial services provided by WorkUp and its representatives, including for work done by representatives who no longer work for WorkUp (subject to the policy terms).

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and provide a final response within 30 days as required by ASIC Regulatory Guide 271.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), the external dispute resolution scheme of which Airwallex is a member:

Privacy
WorkUp collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information may be shared with Airwallex for identity verification, AML/CTF compliance and the provision of regulated payment services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Customer identity verification (KYC) and ongoing transaction monitoring for regulated payment products are performed by Airwallex as the reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). You may be required to provide identity documents and additional information before, and during, your use of these products.
