How regulated services are provided.

This Financial Services Disclosure explains the regulated financial services that will be made available on the WorkUp platform, who provides them, and how WorkUp will be authorised to arrange them upon completion of its Corporate Authorised Representative appointment with Airwallex.

WorkUp Pty Ltd (ACN 669 680 675, ABN 76 669 680 675) is a finance automation software platform. WorkUp is not a bank, authorised deposit-taking institution, or financial adviser.

WorkUp Pty Ltd intends to act as a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR) of Airwallex Pty Ltd (ABN 37 609 653 312, AFSL 487221) for the purpose of dealing by arranging in specified Airwallex financial products made available through the WorkUp platform.

Status: WorkUp's appointment as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Airwallex is pending Airwallex approval and ASIC registration. Regulated financial products will only be made available on the WorkUp platform once that appointment is confirmed and the CAR number is issued. This page will be updated at that time. Final wording is subject to Airwallex approval.

Upon completion of the CAR appointment, the regulated financial products WorkUp will be authorised to arrange access to on the WorkUp platform may include:

• Stored-value accounts (issued by Airwallex)
• Prepaid debit cards (issued by Airwallex)
• Domestic and international payment services (provided by Airwallex)
• Foreign exchange contracts (provided by Airwallex) — WorkUp is not authorised to arrange foreign exchange forward contracts for retail clients

These products are issued and provided by Airwallex Pty Ltd (AFSL 487221) as the licensed financial services provider. WorkUp acts as Airwallex's Authorised Representative to arrange access to those products through the WorkUp platform. WorkUp does not issue financial products and does not hold customer funds.

Any information presented in the platform is general and operational in nature only. You should consider your own circumstances and seek advice from a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Before activating any regulated financial product on the WorkUp platform, you will be asked to review and acknowledge the applicable Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) issued by Airwallex. These documents explain the product features, risks, fees and intended target market and should be read carefully.

Customer identity verification (KYC) and ongoing transaction monitoring for regulated payment products are performed by Airwallex as the reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). You may be required to provide identity documents and additional information before, and during, your use of these products.
